ODE IS PRONOUNCED (OLDE) 

How long will my order take to process? 

Your order will ship between 1-3 weeks. With most items shipping within a week. 

Where is ODE based and where will my items be shipped from?

ODE is based in South Carolina. The items are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Los Angeles and Philadelphia. 

How long after my item(s) ship will it take me to receive my order?

Allow 1 week after you receive an email notification that your order has shipped. Some items may take longer and will be listed in the description. 

Do you all except exchanges or returns?

No, we don't accept returns. Only in the case that you were shipped an incorrect product(s). 

Are all sales finals or can I receive a refund?

All sales are final! We only offer store credit as refunds.
